Specialists for Germany

We place precisely qualified skilled workers and trainees — prepared for the requirements of modern German companies.

From our offices in Budapest, Hanover and Bratislava — and through Devina in Hanoi as our representation across Asia — we support the full journey: needs analysis, recruitment and foundational training in Asia, visa coordination and integration on day one in Germany. Where required, applicants complete our in-house B2 programme in Germany with official examination before employment or training begins.

Our approach

Quality over quantity

Every candidate completes our in-house preparation programme — with skills and language checks, reference verification and an interview before you receive a profile.

Sector expertise

Dedicated advisors for care, trades, logistics and hospitality know recognition paths, wage realities and integration needs.

End-to-end process

§ 81a visa, recognition, travel and onboarding — one contact, transparent milestones, reliable timelines.

Comprehensive candidate preparation

In-house programme · Experienced mentors · Official B2 certification

Qualified professionals are not created by placement alone — they are built through systematic preparation. That is why we guide every applicant from first intake to exam-ready qualification in one continuous programme under our control. Our experienced core team in Vietnam works hand in hand with selected language and vocational partners; results, progress and certification status are transparently documented at all times.

Phase I

Preparation in Vietnam

At our preparation centres in Vietnam, experienced advisors and qualified partners mentor each candidate personally — tailored to the role profile and the language level you require.

  • Structured German tuition (A1 to B1) with regular level assessments
  • Vocational preparation aligned to sector (care, trades, logistics, hospitality)
  • Intercultural training, soft skills and simulated job interviews
  • Compilation and verification of all documents for recognition and visa procedures
Phase II

In-house B2 course in Germany

If a candidate has not yet reached the language level required for a specific placement, we enrol them — on a needs basis and with contractual certainty — in our in-house B2 intensive course in Germany, before employment or training begins.

  • Full-time intensive programme with experienced DaF instructors and small groups
  • Targeted exam preparation for Goethe, ÖSD or telc B2
  • Official exam registration and support through to a passed certificate
  • Only then handover to your company — linguistically and professionally ready
